Wazan Kam Karne Ka Tarika in Urdu

Apka wazan had sy ziada barh jana ap ki sehat k liye nuqsan de hai kyn k is ki waja sy bohat bemariyan barhti hain aur agar ap barhty huay wazan sy pareshan hain tou ap k liye wazan kam karne ka tarika hazir hai.

Wazan Kam Karne Ka Tarika in Urdu

Ajza (Ingredients) :

  • ½ litre doodh (milk)
  • 2 chamach sookhi hui sabz chaye (green tea)

Tarika (Procedure) :

Doodh ko aag par rakh dain aur isy 70 degree par garam karain aur is mein 2 chamach sabz chaye daal dain. Jb sabz chaye dalain tou doodh garam ya neem garam na ho balky bohat ziada garam ho matlb ublta hua doodh ho. Ab bartan ko 20 minutes tak dhaanp dain aur phir chaan lain. Ab har 2 ghanty baad 1 cup piyen. Aur sath hi sath din mein kam az kam 2 litre pani bhi piyen.

Note:

Ye mashroob ap maheeny main 2 sy 3 dafa sy ziada na istimal karain aur agar ap blood pressure k mareez hain tou apny doctor sy mashwara kar k is ka istimal karain.

Faiday Mand Tareeky (Important Tips) :

  1. Apny din ko shuru lemon k ras sy kijiye is sy apka wazan bhi kam ho jaye ga aur ap ka pait bhi.
  2. Chawal (rice) ka istimal kam sy kam karain kyn k is sy jisam phoolta hai aur wazan barhta hai.
  3. Meethy ka istimal kam sy kam karian kyn k is sy bhi ap ka wazan barhta hai.
  4. Paani ka istimal ziada sy ziada karain.
  5. Lehson (garlic) ka istimal karain. Subha nihar mou 1 ya 2 daany lehson k kha lia karain bohat faida hoga.
  6. Taza phal aur sabzio ka istimal karain.
  7. Masaly daar cheezon ka istimal kam sy kam karain.
